Hi! My name is Christa. I am a Fractional COO, Operations Consultant, and Performance Coach providing insight, guidance, and expertise to entrepreneurs, coaches, and small businesses.

As a Fractional COO, I function as the Chief Operating Officer or Operations Director for entrepreneurs and businesses who aren’t quite ready to hire this role full-time. This allows me to provide clients with operational leadership, expertise, and technique at a rate they, and their business, are ready for. For some, that may look like just a few hours per week.

I have an extensive background in business operations, coaching, funnels, systems setup, automation, podcast/live streaming production, course creation, copywriting/editing, training, sales management, workflow efficiency, and so much more.

If you’ve never worked with a COO or Director of Operations before, it’s important to understand that this isn’t a task-oriented role. While yes, projects and tasks are going to get completed, the role goes far beyond just that. I’m not only considering the project at hand but the company as a whole. What are the implications for the team? How is this going to affect the business at every level? Is there a better option not being considered? How is this going to hold up as the company grows?

Bottom line, I’m not afraid to guide my clients in a direction that is more lucrative or beneficial for them and their team. Because let’s be honest, when you’re as busy as you are, you don’t always have the time to consider the full picture and you need someone who is going to consider and anticipate elements beyond the present moment.

It’s important to understand that Wicked Wisdom Consulting is not an agency. Working with me means you are working with ME. You’re not going to be passed around a team or struggle to get in touch with someone. I believe in working directly with my clients, allowing me to expertly and precisely address their ever-evolving needs.

You also will never be locked into a long-term contract or get stuck with leftover hours from a package. I keep my contracts open-ended and charge hourly so that you can feel comfortable in moving at whatever pace feels comfortable to you. Some clients choose to setup a weekly hour maximum, while others prefer a project-based configuration.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients including high-ticket coaching teams, entrepreneurs, small businesses, health offices, producers in the Hollywood/entertainment industry, and more. As an independent consultant, I am able to prioritize working with clients who share the same values – authenticity, growth, freedom, and providing excellent service and genuine solutions to their clients.
