Hi! My name is Christa. I am a Fractional COO and Operations Consultant providing insight, guidance, and expertise to solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, coaches, and small to medium businesses.
A lot of the work I do is self-taught, which has allowed me to think outside the box and get creative with my solutions. It’s also why my services list is a mile long. I happen to really love operations.
I pride myself on allowing my intuition to guide me while working on projects which has served me (and my clients) greatly over the years.
I’ve also been blessed with a mind that is always working ten steps ahead. One of my passions is solving complex problems. Somehow I often find myself working with clients who have been told there isn’t a solution. But I find one.
I love to join a workspace and observe – finding the areas that need improvement then creating and implementing the solutions.
I am often referred to as the “Wizard of Ops”, “Operations Guru”, and “Operations Magician.”
As I work, I’m not only considering the project at hand but the implications for the team and the business. If there is something else that could be better, I will let my clients know.
While much of the workforce stays in the “yes-man” zone, only ever agreeing and keeping their head down, I am not afraid to guide my clients in a direction that would be more lucrative or beneficial for them and their team.
I love working with ambitious business owners or teams who are committed to sharing their amazing gifts and services with others. I get great pleasure through using my genius to revolutionize workflows, systems, and energy.

On the personal side, I live in sunny South Florida and I am the caretaker for many animals – dogs, cats, goats, chickens, birds, and reptiles. If you’re curious, check out TropiCountryAcre on Instagram or Facebook.
I am super passionate about health, wellness, and spiritual growth. My mornings start with a weightlifting session and meditation.
Cooking and baking – particularly traditional Greek and Italian dishes from my family cookbooks – is one of my favorite hobbies. Right now, I am trying to master sourdough baking.
I am a proud American and believe strongly in our Constitutional freedoms.
A large chunk of my childhood was spent in and out of hospitals. At age three I was diagnosed with an aggressive childhood cancer with a 3% survival rate. That was the first, but certainly not the last, time I defied the odds. I was declared cancer-free 26+ years ago and continue to maintain exceptional health.
Growing up I was always described as the “brilliant child” or “the prodigy”. My family jokes that it was from the chemo.
Either way, I am honored to be here and to find that my calling is helping others in such a unique way. My journey has given me so many blessings that help me change lives every day.
