What is a Fractional COO?

A Fractional COO is essentially just a fancy way of saying part-time “Chief Operating Officer”, “Operations Manager”, or “Direction of Operations”.

If you’ve never worked with a Fractional COO before, it’s important to understand that this isn’t a task-oriented role. While yes, projects and tasks are going to get completed, the role goes far beyond just that. I can help you take care of everything behind the scenes so that you can focus on doing what you enjoy.

You’re not going to be passed around a team or struggle to get in touch with someone. I believe in working directly with my clients, allowing me to expertly and precisely address your ever-evolving needs.

You also will never be locked into a long-term contract or get stuck with leftover hours from a package.

I keep my contracts open-ended and charge hourly so that you can feel comfortable in moving at whatever pace feels comfortable to you. Some clients choose to set up a weekly hour maximum, while others prefer a project-based configuration.

With that said, I also offer a monthly retainer fee if that’s something you’d prefer.
